Marc Garland, CSP, Safety Manager

Mr. Garland oversees project safety, health, and environmental compliance, coordinates specialized training, develops programs and procedures, reviews current regulations, and provides technical support to Project Managers. He ensures that training is continuous and that the Safety Program plan is amended and upgraded as necessary.
Mr. Garland also reviews project proposals and specifications, prepares submittals, and administers workers compensation and general liability insurance and claims. He has implemented and coordinates the Confined Space Rescue and Hazardous Materials Response teams at Precision Environmental.
Mr. Garland is a Certified Safety Professional (CSP), has a Bachelor of Science Degree (OSU) and an M.B.A (CSU), and has worked in the Construction and Environmental industries since 1988. He is past President of the American Society of Safety Engineers - Northern Ohio Chapter, a Certified Asbestos Hazard Abatement Specialist, and Certified Asbestos Hazard Evaluation Specialist.
