Precision Performs Selective Demolition in Toledo's Renaissance Apartments

The affordable housing apartment building for senior citizens, Renaissance Senior Apartments, needed renovated to accommodate more updated, modern apartments. The historic building located in the heart of downtown Toledo required asbestos abatement and selective demolition in the interior floors while the theater on the first floor remained open to the public.

Precision Environmental was hired as a subcontractor to Snavely Construction to complete the two-phase project that required Precision's expertise in selective demolition and asbestos abatement services.

The skilled demolition team removed debris and interior components from the former apartment units and hallways. Due to the conditions, each floor was performed using limited equipment means. Debris was loaded into carts and out windows onto a platform where it was hauled away using an extended reach forklift.

Precision recently completed the second phase of the project, finishing their portion of the selective demolition job. Precision's contributions were worth the challenging work to support the renovation of an apartment building for senior citizens in Toledo.
